Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Establishment of the Organization
第二条（機構の設立）
The Minister of Labour designates the persons who are to become the president or an auditor of the Workers' Retirement Allowance Mutual Aid Organization of Chapter VI of the Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Retirement Allowance Cooperative Act as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act") (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization").
労働大臣は、改正後の中小企業退職金共済法（以下「新法」という。）第六章の勤労者退職金共済機構（以下「機構」という。）の理事長又は監事となるべき者を指名する。
A person designated pursuant to the preceding paragraph as the person who is to become the president or an auditor is deemed to have been appointed president or auditor, respectively, pursuant to Article 53, paragraph (1) of the New Act at the time of the establishment of the Organization.
前項の規定により指名された理事長又は監事となるべき者は、機構の成立の時において、新法第五十三条第一項の規定により、それぞれ理事長又は監事に任命されたものとする。
