Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1998; provided, however, that the provisions of the following Article through Article 9 of the Supplementary Provisions and Article 14 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、平成十年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次条から附則第九条まで及び附則第十四条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
