第八条（役員の任期に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the terms of office of persons who are, at the time of the enforcement of this Act, directors or auditors of the Small and Medium Enterprise Retirement Allowance Mutual Aid Corporation or a specified-industry retirement allowance mutual aid association.
この法律の施行の際現に中小企業退職金共済事業団又は特定業種退職金共済組合の理事又は監事である者の任期については、なお従前の例による。
