Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on December 1, 1986; provided, however, that the provision amending Article 53, paragraph (1), the provision amending Article 78, paragraph (1) (excluding the part to be added after "In this case") and the provisions of Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、昭和六十一年十二月一日から施行する。ただし、第五十三条第一項の改正規定及び第七十八条第一項の改正規定（「この場合において」の下に加える部分を除く。）並びに附則第十一条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
