第二条（業務の特例）
In addition to the operations prescribed in Article 70, the Organization is to carry out the following operations:
for the time being, to carry out the operations prescribed in Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Workers' Property Accumulation Promotion Act;
当分の間、勤労者財産形成促進法附則第二条に規定する業務を行うこと。
to carry out the operations listed in Article 4, paragraph (2), items (iv) and (viii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Employment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan, Independent Administrative Agency (Act No. 170 of 2002) prior to its abolition by the Act Abolishing the Act on the Employment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan, Independent Administrative Agency (hereinafter referred to as the "Abolition Act" in this paragraph);
独立行政法人雇用・能力開発機構法を廃止する法律（以下この項において「廃止法」という。）による廃止前の独立行政法人雇用・能力開発機構法（平成十四年法律第百七十号）附則第四条第二項第四号及び第八号に掲げる業務を行うこと。
until the operations prescribed in Article 10-3 of the Workers' Property Accumulation Promotion Act prior to its amendment by Article 19 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Abolition Act (limited to those relating to loans made under Article 10-3 for which the Organization accepted the application for the loan before October 1, 2011), among the operations listed in Article 11, paragraph (3), item (i) of the Act on the Employment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan, Independent Administrative Agency prior to its abolition by the Abolition Act, are completed, to carry out those operations (including operations incidental to them);
to carry out the operations listed in Article 4, paragraph (1), item (iv) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Employment and Human Resources Development Organization of Japan, Independent Administrative Agency prior to its abolition by the Abolition Act.
廃止法による廃止前の独立行政法人雇用・能力開発機構法附則第四条第一項第四号に掲げる業務を行うこと。
