Article 63Special Provisions for the Japan Finance Corporation Act and the Okinawa Development Finance Corporation Act
第六十三条（株式会社日本政策金融公庫法及び沖縄振興開発金融公庫法の特例）
The Japan Finance Corporation may, in addition to the business prescribed in Article 11 of the Japan Finance Corporation Act, carry out the following business:
株式会社日本政策金融公庫は、株式会社日本政策金融公庫法第十一条に規定する業務のほか、次に掲げる業務を行うことができる。
to provide guarantees of obligations pertaining to borrowing of long-term funds that a small and medium-sized enterprise requires to carry out certified business continuity enhancement overseas;
to provide guarantees of obligations pertaining to borrowing of long-term funds that multiple small and medium-sized enterprises (including, where those multiple small and medium-sized enterprises carry out certified joint business continuity enhancement jointly with all or some of the foreign affiliated corporations, etc. of each of those small and medium-sized enterprises, those foreign affiliated corporations, etc.) require to carry out certified joint business continuity enhancement overseas.

With regard to the application of the Japan Finance Corporation Act, a guarantee of obligations under the provisions of the preceding paragraph is deemed to be business set out in the right-hand column of Appended Table 2, item (iv) of that Act under the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1), item (ii) of that Act.
前項の規定による債務の保証は、株式会社日本政策金融公庫法の適用については、同法第十一条第一項第二号の規定による同法別表第二第四号の下欄に掲げる業務とみなす。
The Japan Finance Corporation or the Okinawa Development Finance Corporation may, in addition to the business prescribed in Article 11 of the Japan Finance Corporation Act or Article 19 of the Okinawa Development Finance Corporation Act, carry out business of lending long-term funds (limited to those specified by Order of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) that a large enterprise that carries out certified joint business continuity enhancement and falls under any of the persons set out in Article 2, paragraph (2), item (iii) or (iv) requires to carry out certified joint business continuity enhancement.
株式会社日本政策金融公庫又は沖縄振興開発金融公庫は、株式会社日本政策金融公庫法第十一条又は沖縄振興開発金融公庫法第十九条に規定する業務のほか、認定連携事業継続力強化を行う大企業者のうち第二条第二項第三号又は第四号に掲げる者に該当するものに対し、認定連携事業継続力強化を行うために必要とする長期の資金（経済産業省令で定めるものに限る。）を貸し付ける業務を行うことができる。
