第三十条（中小企業基盤整備機構の行う助言業務等）
The Organization for Small and Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN, at the request of a specified business operator that carries out an approved management innovation project or a certified management capacity improvement project (excluding one that falls under a small and medium-sized enterprise prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Act on the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan, Independent Administrative Agency (Act No. 147 of 2002)), gives necessary advice on the implementation of that approved management innovation project or certified management capacity improvement project.
