避難等解除日（ひなんとうかいじょび）

The day of the public notice under the Basic Act on Disaster Management lifting an instruction to leave for evacuation (避難の指示等), or the day an alert zone (警戒区域) ceases to be one.

指定旧供給地点解除日（していきゅうきょうきゅうちてんかいじょび）

In Article 78 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Act Partially Amending the Electricity Business Act, etc., and Other Matters (Act No. 47 of 2015), the day on which a former community gas deemed gas retailer (旧簡易ガスみなしガス小売事業者) ceases to be bound by the obligation in Article 28, paragraph 1 of those supplementary provisions.

指定旧供給区域解除日（していきゅうきょうきゅうくいきかいじょび）

In Article 78 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Act Partially Amending the Electricity Business Act, etc., and Other Matters (Act No. 47 of 2015), the day on which a deemed heat supply business operator (みなし熱供給事業者) ceases to be bound by the obligation in Article 50, paragraph 1 of those supplementary provisions.

指定旧供給区域等解除日（していきゅうきょうきゅうくいきとうかいじょび）

In Article 78 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of the Act Partially Amending the Electricity Business Act, etc., and Other Matters (Act No. 47 of 2015), the day on which a former general gas deemed gas retailer (旧一般ガスみなしガス小売事業者) ceases to be bound by the obligation in Article 22, paragraph 1 of those supplementary provisions.

アクセス制御機能（あくせすせいぎょきのう）

A feature that an access administrator (アクセス管理者) adds to a computer connected to a telecommunications line (電気通信回線), or to another such computer linked to it over the line, to control its use automatically: it checks that the code a person enters is the identification code (識別符号) for that use, or a code made from one by the administrator's method combined with part of it, and then lifts all or part of the restrictions on that use.

買取りの申出等（かいとりのもうしでとう）

For farmland or pasture land under the tax deferral of the Article that defines it, any of the events listed in that paragraph: a request under the Productive Green Land Act for urban farmland (都市営農農地等) to be bought or the lifting of its designation, or the public notice of a city plan, or an event a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies, by which the land becomes specified farmland in an urbanization area (特定市街化区域農地等).

申込みの撤回等（もうしこみのてっかいとう）

Withdrawing an offer to enter into a contract, or cancelling the contract — a sales contract, or in some Articles also a service contract (役務提供契約) — under the Article that uses the term.

特定農地等（とくていのうちとう）

Farmland or grazing land that is urban farmland, etc. (都市営農農地等) or specified farmland in an urbanization area (特定市街化区域農地等) and to which a request for purchase or other event (買取りの申出等) relates.

適合一号特定技能外国人支援計画（てきごういちごうとくていぎのうがいこくじんしえんけいかく）

A plan for supporting a foreign national employed under the specified skilled worker (特定技能) status of residence (在留資格), item (i), that meets the requirements of Article 2-5, paragraphs (6) and (7), which the employing organization in Japan must carry out properly.

貸付都市農地等（かしつけとしのうちとう）

In Article 70-6-4, the special farmland, etc. (特例農地等) under the inheritance tax deferral, other than productive green land whose purchase has been requested or whose designation has been lifted, that the person under the deferral has leased under a certified urban farmland lease (認定都市農地貸付け) or a farm-garden land lease (農園用地貸付け) and notified to the tax office within two months.

新寄託先美術館（しんきたくさきびじゅつかん）

A new art museum with whose operator a depositing heir (寄託相続人), with the district director's (税務署長) approval, expects to deposit the specified art objects (特定美術品) within one year after the deposit with the earlier art museum ended or the event affecting it occurred.

商品販売契約（しょうひんはんばいけいやく）

In Article 40-2, a contract for goods (商品) that a person carrying on a multilevel marketing undertaking (連鎖販売業) sold to an affiliate (連鎖販売加入者) before the affiliate's multilevel marketing contract (連鎖販売契約) was cancelled, including the part of that contract covering goods bought as its specified burden (特定負担).

申込みの撤回等（もうしこみのてっかいとう）

In Article 37-2, withdrawing an offer to buy a building lot or building, or cancelling the sales contract, where a real estate broker is the seller and the offer or contract was made somewhere other than the broker's business office or similar place (事務所等).

受入特定退職金共済団体（うけいれとくていたいしょくきんきょうさいだんたい）

In Article 18-4, paragraphs (9) and (10), the specified retirement allowance mutual aid organization (特定退職金共済団体) that a former participating employer of another such organization has joined, and to which that other organization hands over the amount equal to the employer's total assets in it.

公開買付けの撤回等（こうかいかいつけのてっかいとう）

In Section 1 of Chapter 2-2, withdrawing the offers made in a tender offer and cancelling the contracts formed in it, which a tender offeror (公開買付者) may not do after its public notice of commencement except in the cases Article 27-11, paragraph (1) allows.

一号特定技能外国人支援（いちごうとくていぎのうがいこくじんしえん）

Support with working life, daily life and social life that a public or private organization in Japan gives a foreign national it employs under the specified skilled worker (特定技能) status of residence (在留資格), item (i), so that the person can carry on that work steadily and smoothly.

他の特定退職金共済団体（たのとくていたいしょくきんきょうさいだんたい）

In Article 18-4, paragraphs (9) and (10), the other specified retirement allowance mutual aid organization (特定退職金共済団体) whose contract an employer has ended in order to join another such organization, and which, under a contract between the two, hands over the amount equal to that employer's total assets (資産総額) in it, as Article 73, paragraph (1), item (vii)(c)(3) of the Order for Enforcement of the Income Tax Act (所得税法施行令) provides.

特定農地等に係る相続税（とくていのうちとうにかかるそうぞくぜい）

The part of the inheritance tax under a tax payment grace period (納税猶予) that corresponds to the value, after deducting the agricultural investment value (農業投資価格), of farmland or grazing land for which a request for purchase, a release of designation, a public notice or another event (買取りの申出等) listed in Article 70-6, paragraph (8) has occurred, calculated as a Cabinet Order (政令) sets.

リース資産（りーすしさん）

The asset that is the subject of a lease transaction, which this paragraph treats as sold by the lessor to the lessee at the moment it is handed over.

生産緑地等（せいさんりょくちとう）

Farmland or grazing land in a productive green land district (生産緑地地区) under the City Planning Act, as Article 70-4, paragraph (2), item (iv)(a) describes it — other than land for which a request for purchase has been made, land not designated or not extended as specified productive green land (特定生産緑地) by the deadline, and land whose designation has been released.
