労働者派遣法（ろうどうしゃはけんほう）

Short name for this Act, the Act on Ensuring the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Services and Protecting Dispatched Workers (Act No. 88 of 1985), used in the wording it writes into other Acts and in the supplementary provisions of Acts that amended it.

第二条改正後事件（だいにじょうかいせいごじけん）

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 48 of 2022, a case on an action (other than personal status litigation (人事訴訟) or enforcement-related litigation in a family court (執行関係訴訟)) filed on or after the date that Act comes into effect — not counting a motion made before that date that a law deems, on or after it, to have been an action filed when the motion was made — or any other civil litigation (民事訴訟) case begun on or after that date.

第二条改正前事件（だいにじょうかいせいまえじけん）

特定資産の販売等（とくていしさんのはんばいとう）

In Article 28 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 7 of 2018, a sale, etc. of assets (資産の販売等) as defined in Article 63, paragraph (1) of the Corporation Tax Act as it stood before that Act amended it (旧法人税法), other than a lease transfer (リース譲渡) under Article 63, paragraph (1) of the Corporation Tax Act.

国保法等一部改正法（こくほほうとういちぶかいせいほう）

Short name, in Article 5-3 of the supplementary provisions (附則), for the Act Partially Amending the National Health Insurance Act, etc. to Establish a Sustainable Medical Insurance System (Act No. 31 of 2015).

改正後の国民年金法（かいせいごのこくみんねんきんほう）

This Act as amended by Article 1 of Act No. 86 of 1989.

犯罪収益移転防止法（はんざいしゅうえきいてんぼうしほう）

特例適用住宅借入金等（とくれいてきようじゅうたくかりいれきんとう）

In this Article of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 9 of 1999, the housing loans, etc. (住宅借入金等) as defined in Article 41, paragraph (1) of this Act as amended by that Act for a home acquired, built or improved and first lived in between 1 January and 31 March 1999, held in a special applicable year (特例適用年).

経過措置対象割賦販売等（けいかそちたいしょうかっぷはんばいとう）

In Article 9 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 24 of 1998, an installment sale, etc. (割賦販売等) of inventory or services made in a business year beginning between the day that Act came into effect and 31 March 2003 by a corporation that, in the business year just before the first one beginning on or after that day, accounted for all its installment sales, etc. by the installment basis method (割賦基準の方法) under Article 62, paragraph (1) of the Corporation Tax Act as it stood before that Act (旧法人税法), other than a long-term installment sale, etc. (長期割賦販売等) under Article 62, paragraph (2) of the amended Act.

平成二十年十月改正健保法（へいせいにじゅうねんじゅうがつかいせいけんぽほう）

This Act as amended by Article 4 of Act No. 83 of 2006.

二十八年新消費税法適用日（にじゅうはちねんしんしょうひぜいほうてきようび）

1 April 2016, the date from which, under Article 48 of the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 9 of 2015, the Consumption Tax Act as amended by the part of Article 4 of that Act concerning the specified provision of services (特定役務の提供) applies.
