In Article 34, a textbook of the kind paragraph (1) requires elementary schools to use: one that has passed the authorization (検定) of the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, or one whose authorship is in the name of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
A reassessment or determination, etc. as defined in Article 58, paragraph (1), item (i)(a) of the Act on General Rules for National Taxes: a reassessment (更正), a determination (決定) under Article 25 of that Act, or an assessment and determination (賦課決定).
In Article 60-3, a corporation showing a loss, etc. as defined in Article 57-2, paragraph (1): a domestic corporation that has come under another person's specified controlling interest (特定支配関係) and, in that business year, has net operating losses (欠損金額) from earlier years or assets worth less than their book value (評価損資産).
当初受託者
The trustee of a public interest trust (公益信託) under Article 40, paragraph (1), item (ii) that received a gift or bequest approved under that paragraph (特定贈与等), where the end of its duties, its merger or its company split leads it to pass the trust's property to a successor trustee (引継受託者).
特定土地等
In Articles 69-6 and 69-7, land or rights on land lying in a specified area (特定地域) hit by a specified extraordinary disaster (特定非常災害), among the property a person acquired by inheritance, bequest or a gift covered by the provisions Article 69-6(1) names and still owned on the day the disaster struck.
In Article 21-2, a statement in a document listed in Article 25, paragraph (1) (other than items (iv) and (vii)) that is false on a material matter, or the lack of a statement of a material matter that must be stated or of a material fact needed to keep the document from being misleading; that Article makes the submitter liable, within the limits it sets, for the damage it causes to those who acquired or disposed of the securities other than through a public offering or secondary distribution.

準中型仮免許
