    When a public assistance administrator entrusts affairs pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, it is to do so jointly with other public assistance administrators, insurers prescribed in Article 1 of the Act on the Medical Information Infrastructure and Medical Fee Examination and Payment Organization, persons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare who perform affairs such aspertaining to benefits relating to medical care pursuant to the provisions of laws and regulations, and municipalities and special wards that operate long-term care insurance pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act, and other persons specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

    保護の実施機関は、前項の規定により事務を委託する場合は、他の保護の実施機関、医療情報基盤・診療報酬審査支払機構法第一条に規定する保険者、法令の規定により医療に関する給付その他のに係る事務を行う者であつて厚生労働省令で定めるもの並びに介護保険法第三条の規定により介護保険を行う市町村及び特別区その他厚生労働省令で定める者と共同して委託するものとする。
