第八条（調整規定）
If the effective date is before the date on which the Act on the Arrangement of Related Acts upon the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Penal Code, etc. (Act No. 68 of 2022) comes into effect, the phrase "Articles 36 and 37" in Article 138, item (ii) of that Act is deemed to be replaced with "Articles 46 and 47".
施行日が刑法等の一部を改正する法律の施行に伴う関係法律の整理等に関する法律（令和四年法律第六十八号）の施行の日前である場合には、同法第百三十八条第二号中「第三十六条及び第三十七条」とあるのは、「第四十六条及び第四十七条」とする。
