第二条（経過措置）
The provisions of Article 8, paragraphs (4) through (6) of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations as amended by this Act (referred to as "the new Act" in the following Article) apply to the calculation of the amount of administrative monetary penalty for acts subject to administrative monetary penalty prescribed in Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations (referred to as "acts subject to administrative monetary penalty" in this Article) that commenced before the date on which this Act comes into effect (referred to as "the effective date" in this Article and Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions) and have not been discontinued on or after the effective date, and for those that commence on or after the effective date (for acts subject to administrative monetary penalty that commenced before the effective date and have not been discontinued on or after the effective date, limited to the portion corresponding to the acts subject to administrative monetary penalty on or after the effective date).
この法律による改正後の不当景品類及び不当表示防止法（次条において「新法」という。）第八条第四項から第六項までの規定は、不当景品類及び不当表示防止法第八条第一項に規定する課徴金対象行為（以下この条において「課徴金対象行為」という。）であって、この法律の施行の日（以下この条及び附則第八条において「施行日」という。）前に開始し施行日以後もやめていないもの及び施行日以後に開始するものについての課徴金の額（施行日前に開始し施行日以後もやめていない課徴金対象行為にあっては、施行日以後の課徴金対象行為に対応する部分に限る。）の算定について適用する。
