Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
A person who is actually registered under Article 37 of the Payment Services Act at the time the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect (including a person who has obtained registration under Article 37 of that Act, as to which the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the following Article) is deemed to have been registered under Article 37 of that Act as a funds transfer service provider (meaning a funds transfer service provider prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (3) of the Payment Services Act; the same applies in Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions) engaged in type II funds transfer services (meaning type II funds transfer services prescribed in Article 36-2, paragraph (2) of the New Payment Services Act; the same applies hereinafter).
附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に資金決済に関する法律第三十七条の登録を受けている者（次条の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされた同法第三十七条の登録を受けた者を含む。）は、第二種資金移動業（新資金決済法第三十六条の二第二項に規定する第二種資金移動業をいう。以下同じ。）を営む資金移動業者（資金決済に関する法律第二条第三項に規定する資金移動業者をいう。附則第十三条において同じ。）として同法第三十七条の登録を受けたものとみなす。
A person deemed to have been registered under Article 37 of the Payment Services Act pursuant to the preceding paragraph (hereinafter referred to as a "deemed registered type II service provider") must submit to the Prime Minister, within the period specified by Cabinet Office Order, a document stating the particulars set forth in the items of Article 38, paragraph (1) of the New Payment Services Act and the documents specified by Cabinet Office Order prescribed in paragraph (2) of that Article.
前項の規定により資金決済に関する法律第三十七条の登録を受けたものとみなされる者（以下「みなし登録第二種業者」という。）は、内閣府令で定める期間内に新資金決済法第三十八条第一項各号に掲げる事項を記載した書類及び同条第二項に規定する内閣府令で定める書類を内閣総理大臣に提出しなければならない。
When the document is submitted pursuant to the preceding paragraph, the Prime Minister is to enter the particulars set forth in the items of Article 38, paragraph (1) of the New Payment Services Act that are stated in the document in the register of funds transfer service providers.
内閣総理大臣は、前項の規定による書類の提出があったときは、当該書類に記載された新資金決済法第三十八条第一項各号に掲げる事項を資金移動業者登録簿に登録するものとする。
