Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
The provisions then in force continue to govern dispositions on the following applications filed before this Act comes into effect:
この法律の施行前にされた、次に掲げる申請についての処分については、なお従前の例による。
an application for registration under Article 63-2 of the Former Payment Services Act for which, at the time this Act comes into effect, no disposition on whether to grant registration has been made;
旧資金決済法第六十三条の二の登録の申請であって、この法律の施行の際、登録をするかどうかの処分がされていないもの
an application for certification under Article 87 of the Former Payment Services Act for which, at the time this Act comes into effect, no disposition on whether to grant certification has been made.
旧資金決済法第八十七条の規定による認定の申請であって、この法律の施行の際、認定をするかどうかの処分がされていないもの
