第十二条
The provisions of Article 23 apply to the written reports prescribed in paragraph (1) of that Article for the base dates arriving on or after the Effective Date, and the provisions then in force continue to govern the written reports prescribed in Article 17, paragraph (1) of the Former Act for the base dates preceding those base dates.
