Article 97Provision of Information to Certified Associations for Payment Service Providers
第九十七条（認定資金決済事業者協会への情報提供）
The Prime Minister may, in response to a request from a certified association for payment service providers and to the extent necessary for ensuring the operations of certified businesses in a proper and steady manner by the certified association for payment service providers, provide the certified association for payment service providers with information pertaining to an issuer of prepaid payment instruments, funds transfer service providers, electronic payment instruments service providers, cryptoasset exchange service providers or electronic payment instruments and cryptoasset intermediary service providers that contributes to the certified businesses as specified by Cabinet Office Order.
内閣総理大臣は、認定資金決済事業者協会の求めに応じ、認定資金決済事業者協会が認定業務を適正に行うために必要な限度において、前払式支払手段発行者、資金移動業者、電子決済手段等取引業者、暗号資産交換業者又は電子決済手段・暗号資産サービス仲介業者に関する情報であって認定業務に資するものとして内閣府令で定める情報を提供することができる。
