Article 76Authorization of Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Business Rules
第七十六条（定款又は業務方法書の変更の認可）
When a clearing institution for interbank funds transfer intends to amend the articles of incorporation or business rules, it must obtain the authorization from the Prime Minister.
