Article 63-22Prohibition on Solicitation by Foreign Cryptoasset Exchange Service Providers
第六十三条の二十二（外国暗号資産交換業者の勧誘の禁止）
A unregistered foreign cryptoasset exchange service provider referred to in Article 63-2 must not engage in acts of solicitation of a person in Japan set forth in the items of Article 2, paragraph (15).
第六十三条の二の登録を受けていない外国暗号資産交換業者は、国内にある者に対して、第二条第十五項各号に掲げる行為の勧誘をしてはならない。
