Article 63Prohibition on Solicitation by Foreign Electronic Payment Instruments Service Providers
第六十三条（外国電子決済手段等取引業者の勧誘の禁止）
A foreign electronic payment instruments service provider that has not been registered as referred to in Article 62-3 must not solicit a person in Japan for the acts set forth in the items of Article 2, paragraph (10) or acts equivalent to the act set forth in item (iv) of that paragraph.
第六十二条の三の登録を受けていない外国電子決済手段等取引業者は、国内にある者に対して、第二条第十項各号に掲げる行為又は同項第四号に掲げる行為に相当する行為の勧誘をしてはならない。
