When the Prime Minister finds it necessary for the provision of electronic payment instruments services in a proper and steady manner, to the extent necessary for this, the Minister may order an electronic payment instruments service provider to take necessary measures to improve the operation of its business or its financial status or other measures necessary for the purpose of supervision.
内閣総理大臣は、電子決済手段等取引業の適正かつ確実な遂行のために必要があると認めるときは、その必要の限度において、電子決済手段等取引業者に対し、業務の運営又は財産の状況の改善に必要な措置その他監督上必要な措置をとるべきことを命ずることができる。
