①If any of the particulars set forth in the items of Article 8, paragraph (1) are changed, the issuer of prepaid payment instruments for third-party business must notify the Prime Minister to that effect without delay.

②If the Prime Minister accepts a notification referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Minister must register the informed particulars in the register of issuers of prepaid payment instruments for third-party business.
