Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第十条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A Municipality or National Health Insurance Society may, even before the item (ix) Effective Date, enact or revise a Municipal Ordinance or constitution and take other actions necessary for the enforcement of the National Health Insurance Act (including orders based thereon) as amended by the provisions of Article 9 (limited to the amending provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ix) of the Supplementary Provisions).
市町村又は国民健康保険組合は、第九条の規定（附則第一条第九号に掲げる改正規定に限る。）による改正後の国民健康保険法（これに基づく命令を含む。）の施行のために必要な条例又は規約の制定又は改正その他の行為については、第九号施行日前においても行うことができる。
