Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第三条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A National Health Insurance Society that, at the time of enforcement of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions, is specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to Article 10, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of the National Health Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 3 (hereinafter referred to as the "National Health Insurance Act Before the item (iii) Amendment") is deemed to be a National Health Insurance Society specified by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare pursuant to Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Act on Assurance of Medical Care for Elderly People as amended by the provisions of Article 10 (hereinafter referred to as the "item (iii) Amended Elderly Medical Care Assurance Act").
附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の際現に第三条の規定による改正前の国民健康保険法（以下「第三号改正前国保法」という。）附則第十条第三項の規定により厚生労働大臣が定める国民健康保険組合は、第十条の規定による改正後の高齢者の医療の確保に関する法律（以下「第三号改正後高確法」という。）第七条第三項の規定により厚生労働大臣が定める国民健康保険組合とみなす。
