Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2018; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the days specified respectively in those items.
この法律は、平成三十年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、それぞれ当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions of Article 1; the amending provisions of Article 90, paragraph (2) and Article 95, item (vi) of the Health Insurance Act in Article 5, the amending provisions of Article 153, paragraph (1) of that Act, the amending provisions of Article 4-4 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, the amending provisions of Article 5 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, the amending provisions of Article 5-2 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act, and the amending provisions of Article 5-3 of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act and the amending provisions adding four Articles after that Article; the amending provisions of Article 70, paragraph (4) of the Mariners Insurance Act and the amending provisions of Article 85, paragraph (2), item (iii) of that Act in Article 7; the provisions of Article 8; the amending provisions of Article 15, paragraph (2) of the Act on Social Insurance Medical Fee Payment Fund in Article 12; and the provisions of paragraph (1) of the following Article and Article 6 through Article 9, Article 15, Article 18, Article 26, Article 59, Article 62 and Article 67 through Article 69 of the Supplementary Provisions: the date of promulgation;

the provisions of Articles 3, 6 and 10, and the provisions of Articles 3, 4, 20, 27 and 28 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions in Article 53 of the Supplementary Provisions amending Article 11 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act, and the provisions of Articles 60, 63 and 66 of the Supplementary Provisions: April 1, 2017.
