第三条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to consultations under the provisions of Article 12 of the National Health Insurance Act prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Pre-amendment National Health Insurance Act") that are actually being conducted at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行の際現に行われている第一条の規定による改正前の国民健康保険法（以下「改正前国保法」という。）第十二条の規定による協議については、なお従前の例による。
