Supplementary Provisions, Article 36Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the National Health Insurance Act
第三十六条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
The provisions of Article 116-2, paragraph (1), item (vi) of the National Health Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of the preceding Article (referred to as the "Revised National Health Insurance Act" in the following Article) (limited to the part concerning move-in) apply to an insured person under the national health insurance program who is found to have changed their domicile, on or after the date of enforcement, to the location of the specified facility dedicated to long-term care set forth in that item, by moving into that specified facility dedicated to long-term care, and who, at the time of moving into that specified facility dedicated to long-term care, is found to have been domiciled within the area of a Municipality other than the Municipality in which that specified facility dedicated to long-term care is located.
前条の規定による改正後の国民健康保険法（次条において「新国保法」という。）第百十六条の二第一項第六号の規定（入居に係る部分に限る。）は、同号に掲げる介護専用型特定施設に入居をすることにより、施行日以後に当該介護専用型特定施設の所在する場所に住所を変更したと認められる国民健康保険の被保険者であって、当該介護専用型特定施設に入居をした際、当該介護専用型特定施設が所在する市町村以外の市町村の区域内に住所を有していたと認められるものについて、適用する。
