第十六条（国民健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to benefits under the provisions of the National Health Insurance Act pertaining to the provision of meals, nursing or transportation conducted before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に行われた食事の提供、看護又は移送に係る国民健康保険法の規定による給付については、なお従前の例による。
