第五条
The provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to the share of the national treasury in fiscal 1991 under the provisions of Article 70 after the amendment. In this case, in that paragraph, the phrase "estimated medical expense contribution for fiscal 1990" is deemed to be replaced with "estimated medical expense contribution for fiscal 1991", the phrase "in fiscal 1988" with "in fiscal 1989", the phrase "estimated medical expense contribution for fiscal 1988" with "estimated medical expense contribution for fiscal 1989", and the phrase "finalized medical expense contribution for fiscal 1988" with "finalized medical expense contribution for fiscal 1989".
前条第一項の規定は、平成三年度における改正後の第七十条の規定による国庫負担金について準用する。この場合において、同項中「平成二年度概算医療費拠出金」とあるのは「平成三年度概算医療費拠出金」と、「昭和六十三年度における」とあるのは「平成元年度における」と、「昭和六十三年度概算医療費拠出金」とあるのは「平成元年度概算医療費拠出金」と、「昭和六十三年度確定医療費拠出金」とあるのは「平成元年度確定医療費拠出金」と読み替えるものとする。
The provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to adjusting subsidies in fiscal 1991 under the provisions of Article 72 after the amendment. In this case, the phrase "Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions" in that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "Article 4, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions".
The provisions of paragraph (3) of the preceding Article apply mutatis mutandis to subsidies in fiscal 1991 under the provisions of Article 73 after the amendment. In this case, in that paragraph, the phrase "estimated medical expense contribution for fiscal 1990" is deemed to be replaced with "estimated medical expense contribution for fiscal 1991", the phrase "in fiscal 1988" with "in fiscal 1989", the phrase "estimated medical expense contribution for fiscal 1988" with "estimated medical expense contribution for fiscal 1989", the phrase "finalized medical expense contribution for fiscal 1988" with "finalized medical expense contribution for fiscal 1989", and the phrase "Article 4, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions" with "Article 4, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions of that Act as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 5, paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions".
前条第三項の規定は、平成三年度における改正後の第七十三条の規定による補助金について準用する。この場合において、同項中「平成二年度概算医療費拠出金」とあるのは「平成三年度概算医療費拠出金」と、「昭和六十三年度における」とあるのは「平成元年度における」と、「昭和六十三年度概算医療費拠出金」とあるのは「平成元年度概算医療費拠出金」と、「昭和六十三年度確定医療費拠出金」とあるのは「平成元年度確定医療費拠出金」と、「附則第四条第三項」とあるのは「附則第五条第三項において準用する同法附則第四条第三項」と読み替えるものとする。
