Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date, etc.
第一条（施行期日等）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 81 come into effect on April 1, 1991, and the provisions amending Articles 39, 43 and 44 and the provisions of the following Article come into effect on April 1, 1992.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第八十一条の改正規定は平成三年四月一日から、第三十九条、第四十三条及び第四十四条の改正規定並びに次条の規定は平成四年四月一日から施行する。
The provisions of Article 70, paragraphs (1) and (2), Article 72, paragraph (2), Article 72-2, and Article 73, paragraph (1), item (ii), paragraphs (2) and (4) as amended apply from April 1, 1990.
改正後の第七十条第一項及び第二項、第七十二条第二項、第七十二条の二並びに第七十三条第一項第二号、第二項及び第四項の規定は、平成二年四月一日から適用する。
