When an insured person suffers illness or injury intentionally, or due to said person committing a criminal act intentionally, no Benefits for Medical Treatment, etc. shall be paid for such illness or injury.
被保険者が、自己の故意の犯罪行為により、又は故意に疾病にかかり、又は負傷したときは、当該疾病又は負傷に係る療養の給付等は、行わない。
