The constitution of a Society must contain the particulars listed in the following items:
組合の規約には、次の各号に掲げる事項を記載しなければならない。
name;
名称
location of the office;
事務所の所在地
particulars pertaining to the joining and withdrawal of Society members;
組合員の加入及び脱退に関する事項
particulars pertaining to the acquisition and loss of eligibility as an insured person;
被保険者の資格の取得及び喪失に関する事項
particulars pertaining to officers;
役員に関する事項
particulars pertaining to Society meetings;
組合会に関する事項
particulars pertaining to insurance premiums;
保険料に関する事項
particulars pertaining to reserves and other particulars related to property management;
準備金その他の財産の管理に関する事項
method for giving public notice;
公告の方法
in addition to the particulars listed in the preceding items, particulars specified by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
前各号に掲げる事項のほか厚生労働省令で定める事項
