第七十条の十一

A participating corporation, etc. must display a mark at participating hospitals, etc. and participating nursing care facilities, etc. it establishes to indicate that the coordination of operations of the relevant participating hospitals, etc. and participating nursing care facilities, etc. is being promoted in accordance with the medical coordination promotion policy.

参加法人等は、その開設する参加病院等及び参加介護施設等に係る業務について、医療連携推進方針に沿つた連携の推進が図られることを示すための標章を当該参加病院等及び参加介護施設等に掲示しなければならない。
