The applicability of the provisions of this Act to hospitals, clinics, and birthing centers established by the national government and to facilities for receiving online medical care founded by the national government may be prescribed separately by Cabinet Order.
国の開設する病院、診療所及び助産所並びに国の設置するオンライン診療受診施設に関しては、この法律の規定の適用について、政令で特別の定めをすることができる。
