A medical corporation must complete its registration pursuant to the provisions of a Cabinet Order, in the case of its establishment, the establishment of secondary offices, a relocation of its offices, a change in other registered particulars, dissolution, merger, split, the appointment or change of a liquidator, and the completion of liquidation.
医療法人は、政令で定めるところにより、その設立、従たる事務所の新設、事務所の移転、その他登記事項の変更、解散、合併、分割、清算人の就任又はその変更及び清算の結了の各場合に、登記をしなければならない。
Particulars which are to be registered pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph may not be duly asserted against a third party after registration.
前項の規定により登記しなければならない事項は、登記の後でなければ、これをもつて第三者に対抗することはできない。
