Article 42Exclusion from Application of the Non-Contentious Case Procedures Act and the Rules of the Supreme Court
第四十二条（非訟事件手続法の適用除外及び最高裁判所規則）
The provisions of Article 27, Article 40, Article 42-2, and the second sentence of Article 63, paragraph (1) of the Non-Contentious Case Procedures Act (Act No. 51 of 2011) do not apply to the cases referred to in the preceding Article.
前条の事件については、非訟事件手続法（平成二十三年法律第五十一号）第二十七条、第四十条、第四十二条の二及び第六十三条第一項後段の規定は、適用しない。
Beyond what is provided for in this Act, the necessary matters concerning the cases referred to in the preceding Article are to be specified by the Rules of the Supreme Court.
この法律に定めるもののほか、前条の事件に関し必要な事項は、最高裁判所規則で定める。
