Supplementary Provisions, Article 5Transitional Measures Associated with the Abolition of the Labour Relations Commissions for Mariners
第五条(船員労働委員会の廃止に伴う経過措置)
Acts necessary for the appointment of the members of the Central Labour Relations Commission provided for in Article 19-3, paragraph (2) of the Labor Union Act as amended by Article 7 (referred to as the "new Labor Union Act" in paragraph (3)) may be carried out even before this Act comes into effect.
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 19-3, paragraph (2) of the new Labor Union Act, Article 8-3 of the Labor Relations Adjustment Act as amended by Article 4, and Article 3, paragraph (2), Article 25 and Article 34, paragraph (2) of the Act on Labor Relations of Specified Incorporated Administrative Agencies, etc. (Act No. 257 of 1948) as amended by Article 12 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern until the day before the day on which new members are first appointed after this Act comes into effect upon the expiration of the term of office of the members of the Central Labour Relations Commission.
新労働組合法第十九条の三第二項、第四条の規定による改正後の労働関係調整法第八条の三並びに附則第十二条の規定による改正後の特定独立行政法人等の労働関係に関する法律(昭和二十三年法律第二百五十七号)第三条第二項、第二十五条及び第三十四条第二項の規定の適用については、この法律の施行後初めて中央労働委員会の委員の任期の満了による新たな委員の任命が行われる日の前日までの間は、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the obligation of a person who was a member or staff member of a Labour Relations Commission for Mariners not to divulge secrets learned in the course of the person's duties, the provisions then in force continue to govern even after the provisions of Article 7 come into effect.
船員労働委員会の委員又は職員であった者に係るその職務に関して知り得た秘密を漏らしてはならない義務については、第七条の規定の施行後も、なお従前の例による。
