A person that falls under any of the following items is to be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than one million yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は百万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person that has received registration under the provisions of Article 14-2, paragraph (1) by deception or other wrongful means;
偽りその他不正の手段により第十四条の二第一項の規定による登録を受けた者
a person that has violated the provisions of Article 21 or Article 27-2;
a person that has violated the provisions of Article 23-2 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 25-20);
a person that has violated a disposition of suspension of business under the provisions of Article 25-2, Article 25-3 or Article 25-24, paragraph (1);
第二十五条の二若しくは第二十五条の三又は第二十五条の二十四第一項の規定による業務の停止の処分に違反した者
a person that has violated the provisions of Article 25-42, paragraph (1) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 25-45-2);
第二十五条の四十二第一項（第二十五条の四十五の二において準用する場合を含む。）の規定に違反した者
a person that has violated the provisions of Article 27.
第二十七条の規定に違反した者
No public prosecution can be instituted for the offense set forth in item (ii) of the preceding paragraph without a complaint.
前項第二号の罪は、告訴がなければ公訴を提起することができない。
