When an infringed party has made a request to take measures for preventing transmission of violating information in accordance with the method under paragraph (1) of the preceding Article, a large-scale specified telecommunications service provider must, without delay, conduct the necessary investigation into whether the rights of that infringed party are being unjustly violated due to the dissemination of the violating information pertaining to that request.
大規模特定電気通信役務提供者は、被侵害者から前条第一項の方法に従って侵害情報送信防止措置を講ずるよう申出があったときは、当該申出に係る侵害情報の流通によって当該被侵害者の権利が不当に侵害されているかどうかについて、遅滞なく必要な調査を行わなければならない。
