第三条（守秘義務等に関する経過措置）
With regard to the duty of a person who was formerly a member of the Information Disclosure Review Board not to divulge secrets learned in the course of their duties, the provisions then in force continue to govern even after the provisions of Article 8 come into effect.
情報公開審査会の委員であった者に係るその職務に関して知り得た秘密を漏らしてはならない義務については、第八条の規定の施行後も、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before the provisions of Article 8 come into effect and to acts committed after the provisions of the preceding paragraph come into effect in the cases in which the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
