Supplementary Provisions, Article 3Preparatory Actions Concerning Operational Rules of Registered Agencies for Design Reviews and Post-Manufacturing Inspections
第三条（登録設計審査等機関の業務規程に関する準備行為）
A person that has been registered pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (2) of the preceding Article may file the notification of operational rules even before the effective date, in the manner provided in the provisions of Article 48 of the new Industrial Safety and Health Act. In such a case, on or after the effective date, that notification is deemed to be a notification under the provisions of that Article.
