A person who prepares instruments or materials for the purpose of use in committing the criminal act set forth in Article 73-3, paragraph (1) or (4) is punished with imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine not exceeding 500,000 yen.
第七十三条の三第一項又は第四項の犯罪行為の用に供する目的で、器械又は原料を準備した者は、三年以下の拘禁刑又は五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
The preceding paragraph also applies to a person who acquires or provides the information of a residence card electronic or magnetic record for the purpose of use in committing the criminal act set forth in Article 73-3, paragraph (4).
第七十三条の三第四項の犯罪行為の用に供する目的で、在留カード電磁的記録の情報を取得し、又は提供した者も、前項と同様とする。
Paragraph (1) also applies to a person who keeps unlawfully acquired information of a residence card electronic or magnetic record for the purpose of use in committing the criminal act set forth in Article 73-3, paragraph (4).
不正に取得された在留カード電磁的記録の情報を、第七十三条の三第四項の犯罪行為の用に供する目的で保管した者も、第一項と同様とする。
An attempt to commit the crime referred to in paragraph (2) is punishable.
第二項の罪の未遂は、罰する。
