A person who falls under any of the following items is to be punished with imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine not exceeding 200,000 yen:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、一年以下の拘禁刑又は二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person who submits a false notification regarding the notification pursuant to the provisions of Article 19-7, paragraph (1), Article 19-8, paragraph (1), Article 19-9, paragraph (1), Article 19-10, paragraph (1) or Article 19-16; or
a person who violates the provisions of Article 19-11, paragraph (1), Article 19-12, paragraph (1) or Article 19-13, paragraph (3).
第十九条の十一第一項、第十九条の十二第一項又は第十九条の十三第三項の規定に違反した者
