The law as Cabinet Order on the Arrangement of Related Cabinet Orders and on Transitional Measures upon the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Act on Proper Technical Intern Training and Protection of Technical Intern Trainees (Cabinet Order No. 341 of 2025) leaves it, with the words it changes marked.

The Cabinet, pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, item (v), (b) and Article 69-2 of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951), hereby enacts this Cabinet Order.
内閣は、出入国管理及び難民認定法（昭和二十六年政令第三百十九号）第二条第五号ロ及び第六十九条の二の規定に基づき、この政令を制定する。
The regions to be specified by Cabinet Order pursuant to Article 2, item (v) (b) of the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") are Taiwan, and the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
出入国管理及び難民認定法（以下「法」という。）第二条第五号ロの政令で定める地域は、台湾並びにヨルダン川西岸地区及びガザ地区とする。
