Supplementary Provisions
The law as Cabinet Order on the Arrangement of Related Cabinet Orders and on Transitional Measures upon the Enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act and the Act on Proper Technical Intern Training and Protection of Technical Intern Trainees (Cabinet Order No. 341 of 2025) leaves it, with the words it changes marked.

Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (1)（施行期日）Added
This Cabinet Order comes into effect as of the date of enforcement of the Amendment Act (April 1, 2027).
この政令は、改正法の施行の日（令和九年四月一日）から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, paragraph (2)（罰則に関する経過措置）Added
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Cabinet Order comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この政令の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
