第四条
With regard to a person that, before this Act comes into effect, completed or discontinued the drilling construction related to the permission referred to in Article 3, paragraph (1) of the former Act or the additional drilling construction related to the permission referred to in Article 11, paragraph (1) of the former Act, or a person whose permission referred to in Article 3, paragraph (1) or Article 11, paragraph (1) of the former Act was revoked, the provisions of Article 8, paragraph (3) of the new Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 11, paragraph (2) of the new Act) do not apply.
