第四条
With regard to an order, or a disposition suspending business or restricting the content of business, pertaining to an act in violation of the provisions of Article 17 of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 17-3 of that Act and Article 17-4, paragraph (1) of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (before the Effective Date, Article 17-4 of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 2; the same applies in the following paragraph)) that was committed before the Item (ii) Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二号施行日前にされた外国為替及び外国貿易法第十七条（同法第十七条の三及び第二条の規定による改正後の外国為替及び外国貿易法第十七条の四第一項（施行日前においては、第二条の規定による改正前の外国為替及び外国貿易法第十七条の四。次項において同じ。）において準用する場合を含む。）の規定に違反する行為に係る命令又は業務の停止若しくは業務の内容の制限の処分については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before the Item (ii) Effective Date, and to acts committed on or after the Item (ii) Effective Date in relation to a disposition suspending business or restricting the content of business made before the Item (ii) Effective Date under the provisions of Article 17-2, paragraph (2) of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 17-3 of that Act and Article 17-4, paragraph (1) of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2) and in relation to a disposition suspending business or restricting the content of business for which the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
第二号施行日前にした行為並びに第二号施行日前に行った外国為替及び外国貿易法第十七条の二第二項（同法第十七条の三及び第二条の規定による改正後の外国為替及び外国貿易法第十七条の四第一項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定に基づく業務の停止又は業務の内容の制限の処分及び前項の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる業務の停止又は業務の内容の制限の処分に係る第二号施行日以後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
