第三条（外国為替及び外国貿易法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Articles 16-2, 22-2 and 70 of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2 (excluding the amending provisions for the table of contents, etc. of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act; the same applies in the following Article) during the period from the date of enforcement of this Act (referred to as the "Effective Date" in paragraph (1) of the following Article) until the day before the date of enforcement of the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (ii) of the Supplementary Provisions (referred to as the "Item (ii) Effective Date" in the following Article and Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions), the phrase ", Article 55-3, paragraph (2) and Article 55-9-2, paragraph (1), item (i)" in the left-hand column of row 1 of the table in Article 16-2 of that Act is deemed to be replaced with "and Article 55-3, paragraph (2)", the phrase "meaning an electronic payment handling service provider prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (18) of the Banking Act; the same applies in Article 55-9-2, paragraph (1), item (ii)" in the left-hand column of row 2 of that table is deemed to be replaced with "meaning an electronic payment handling service provider prescribed in Article 2, paragraph (18) of the Banking Act", the phrase "meaning an electronic payment handling service provider prescribed in Article 85-3-2, paragraph (1) of the Shinkin Bank Act (Act No. 238 of 1951); the same applies in Article 55-9-2, paragraph (1), item (iii)" in the left-hand column of row 3 of that table is deemed to be replaced with "meaning an electronic payment handling service provider prescribed in Article 85-3-2, paragraph (1) of the Shinkin Bank Act (Act No. 238 of 1951)", the phrase "meaning an electronic payment handling service provider for credit cooperatives prescribed in Article 6-4-4, paragraph (1) of the Act on Financial Businesses by Cooperative (Act No. 183 of 1949); the same applies in Article 55-9-2, paragraph (1), item (iv)" in the left-hand column of row 4 of that table is deemed to be replaced with "meaning an electronic payment handling service provider for credit cooperatives prescribed in Article 6-4-4, paragraph (1) of the Act on Financial Businesses by Cooperative (Act No. 183 of 1949)", in Article 22-2, paragraph (1) of that Act, the phrase "the following paragraph and Article 55-9-2, paragraph (1)" is deemed to be replaced with "the following paragraph", and in Article 70, paragraph (1), item (v) of that Act, the phrase ", Article 17-4, paragraph (1) and Article 55-9-4, paragraph (3)" is deemed to be replaced with "and Article 17-4, paragraph (1)".
この法律の施行の日（次条第一項において「施行日」という。）から附則第一条第二号に掲げる規定の施行の日（次条及び附則第八条において「第二号施行日」という。）の前日までの間における第二条の規定（外国為替及び外国貿易法の目次等の改正規定を除く。次条において同じ。）による改正後の外国為替及び外国貿易法第十六条の二、第二十二条の二及び第七十条の規定の適用については、同法第十六条の二の表の一の項の上欄中「、第五十五条の三第二項及び第五十五条の九の二第一項第一号」とあるのは「及び第五十五条の三第二項」と、同表の二の項の上欄中「をいう。第五十五条の九の二第一項第二号において同じ」とあるのは「をいう」と、同表の三の項の上欄中「をいう。第五十五条の九の二第一項第三号において同じ」とあるのは「をいう」と、同表の四の項の上欄中「をいう。第五十五条の九の二第一項第四号において同じ」とあるのは「をいう」と、同法第二十二条の二第一項中「次項及び第五十五条の九の二第一項」とあるのは「次項」と、同法第七十条第一項第五号中「、第十七条の四第一項及び第五十五条の九の四第三項」とあるのは「及び第十七条の四第一項」とする。
