第六条
A special international financial transactions account established under the provisions of Article 22, paragraph (2) of the Former Act is deemed to be a special international financial transactions account prescribed in Article 21, paragraph (3) of the New Act.
旧法第二十二条第二項の規定により設けた特別国際金融取引勘定は、新法第二十一条第三項に規定する特別国際金融取引勘定とみなす。

「特別国際金融取引勘定」
An account that a bank or other financial institution a Cabinet Order (政令) specifies sets up with the Minister of Finance's approval to keep the accounts of the transactions listed in Article 21, paragraph (3) — by which it raises funds from non-residents, such as deposits, and uses them with non-residents, such as loans to them or buying their securities — separately from its other accounts.
