A person that falls under either of the following items is subject to a civil fine of not more than 100,000 yen; provided, however, that this does not apply if the person's act should be subject to criminal punishment:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、十万円以下の過料に処する。ただし、その行為について刑を科すべきときは、この限りでない。
a person that has failed to make a notification under Article 55-3, paragraph (6) or made a false notification; or
第五十五条の三第六項の規定による届出をせず、又は虚偽の届出をした者
a person that has violated the conditions attached to the permission or approval pursuant to the provisions of Article 67, paragraph (1).
第六十七条第一項の規定により付した条件に違反した者
